About Me

Sports and languages have been integral parts of my life since childhood. Growing up bilingual sparked my passion for languages, which I further refined during my studies at the University of Freiburg. My journey in sports has been equally diverse, spanning team sports and individual pursuits like chess and surfing. Today, my focus is on strength training and yoga, two disciplines that resonate deeply with me. To share this passion with others, I obtained certifications in both fields, enabling me to inspire and guide others on their journey toward physical and mental well-being.

My vision is to empower individuals and communities to discover greater strength, balance, and focus through transformative holistic retreats. By sharing my deep passion for yoga, strength training, and meditation, I aim to create opportunities for growth, connection, and self-discovery. Together, we can unlock our true potential and cultivate a sense of fulfillment, well-being, and unity. My mission is to inspire and support personal development, guiding others toward a life enriched with purpose, resilience, and inner harmony.

My Work

In addition to my role as a retreat host, I am dedicated to making a positive impact as a school assistant at an inclusive school, where I support a child with disabilitie in his daily educational journey. This pedagogical and social role has deepened my ability to approach others with empathy, respect, and a genuine willingness to help.

Beyond my professional work, I am also actively involved in volunteer efforts through a family support service, assisting families in caring for their children with disabilities. These experiences have profoundly shaped my understanding of connection, compassion, and the value of contributing to the well-being of others.
